Public involvement is a fundamental part of the Hawaii-Southern California Training and Testing EIS/OEIS development, and the U.S. Navy wants and appreciates your comments.

Scoping comments on the Hawaii-Southern California Training and Testing EIS/OEIS were accepted from July 15, 2010 to September 14, 2010. Written scoping comments were made in person at the public scoping meetings, via mail, and directly on the project website. All comments will be reviewed for consideration in the Hawaii-Southern California Training and Testing Draft EIS/OEIS.
